  • Free range Blythburgh hog roasts.
  • Local salt marsh lambs and organic beef.
  • All our pigs and lambs are reared in Essex or Suffolk.
  • Baps are day fresh from our baker.
  • Our carvers all have RIPH hygiene certificates.
  • We have full public liability insurance.

The hog roast takes on average seven hours to cook. Our chef/carvers oversee the final two hours cooking on site, so the pig, or lamb, is perfectly cooked when chef begins carving. After serving he won't rush off, but waits until everyone has eaten their fill, including seconds. If there is any roast remaining he will carve that onto your own platters for your guests to enjoy later.

Please be aware that the hog roast ovens measure 120 cms x 68 cms, they don't go through a regular front door to access a back garden, side access is needed, and they're heavy, so no more than a couple of steps please!

  • A spit of top quality aged beef fore rib feeds up to 40 people per spit, served with horseradish and mustard. Minimum order for 20 people, as an addition to a hog or lamb roast or other foods.
    We can provide local organic beef from Beatbush Farm and spits of gammon, turkey or chicken (depending on numbers) please ask for prices and details.
  • DIY Option 7 - Suckling Pig for 12 to 25 people from £400 more...
  • Only within a 25 mile radius.
    For 12 to 25 people: Cook it yourself and amaze your friends!
    We deliver a suckling pig in the oven and ready to cook.
    Makes a great centre piece for a smaller gathering. Collected and returned by yourself at £400.
    Delivered and collected, oven cleaned, by us at £450.
    Cash deposit required on delivery of pig and kit, refundable on return of equipment intact and undamaged.

  • Only within a 25 mile radius.
    Whole, uncooked pig spitted in the oven and ready to cook. With gas bottle, tools, instructions, collected and returned by yourself, at £400.
    Delivered and collected, oven cleaned, by us at £450.
    Cash deposit required on delivery of pig and kit, refundable on return of equipment intact and undamaged.
